Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refund requests are handled for services directly provided by Webcraft Web Development Services.

1. Scope

This policy applies only to software development, implementation, maintenance, consultation, training, subscriptions, and related services directly provided by Webcraft Web Development Services.

Webcraft does not collect payments on behalf of Local Government Units or other third parties.

2. Nature of Our Services

Most services provided by Webcraft are custom software projects tailored to a specific client. Because work begins immediately through planning, design, development, testing, or implementation, completed professional services generally cannot be returned like physical products.

3. Project Cancellation

A client may request cancellation at any time by contacting Webcraft in writing.

  • Work completed before cancellation remains billable.
  • Approved third-party costs are non-refundable.
  • Unused future work will not be billed unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. A full or partial refund may be approved in situations such as:

  • Duplicate payment.
  • Accidental overpayment.
  • Payment received for services that Webcraft confirms will not be provided.
  • Another circumstance required by law or a written agreement.

Refunds are generally not available for completed custom development work, consultation already rendered, implementation services already performed, or subscription periods that have already been consumed, unless required by law.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email info@webcraft.ph and include:

  • Your name or organization
  • Invoice or billing reference
  • Payment date and amount
  • Reason for the request
  • Supporting documents if available

6. Review Process

Each request is reviewed individually. Webcraft may request additional information before making a decision. If approved, refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method whenever practical or by another mutually agreed method.

7. Payment Provider

When payments are made using PayMongo or another payment provider, actual posting times may also depend on the customer's bank or card issuer.
